Not only am I pleased with this establishment and the work, but I admire the owner, Josh. I appreciate the amazing integrity, professionalism, and honesty that was shown to me. It didn’t go unnoticed! I would like to openly commend him for what he done and the warm hospitality he showed to me as a first time customer. I highly recommend and I will be back! For honest, extensive work on your vehicle at a fair price, be sure to stop here!!

Can’t Believe this. I’ve taken THREE, different Mustangs here on THREE separate occasions for alignment. First brought a 2003 GT, the alignment was botched with uneven wear all around, that car got totaled by a distracted driver before the tires got too bad. Brought my brothers 1999 GT, and my own 2001 Cobra, well while we were under the 1999 GT a few weeks ago, huh that’s weird, these barley over one year old tires are unevenly wearing on the inside of the tire, badly, should’ve been a sign to check the 2001, but we didn’t. So driving down the road yesterday, going 70, my sub 1 year old tire blows out! Get under the car, sure enough, the both tires has unevenly wore. My recommendation: Don't bring any car here that you care for. And no, before anyone says anything, no drifting, burnouts, or anything of that sort have happened in either of these vehicles, and yes the cars are taken very good care of.

Did excellent job on my foreign car for an excellent price. When I was waiting my turn, they told the older woman in front of me that her car was perfectly in alignment and didn’t charge her anything. That’s when I knew I definitely made the right decision choosing them. I got my report of before and after and that was just another peace of mind to see it corrected. Super nice people too!Highly recommend!

I came here to get an alignment done and I could not be happier with the service. They got me in in a reasonable amount of time and the speed and quality in which they got it done was remarkable. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Great experience today! Brought my Tahoe in for an alignment and they got me right in and back out within 30 minutes. They let me know what will need attention on the front end soon, and that it is not critical. No upselling, just honest work. I left with a quote for the the front end work and better steering with the new alignment. Thank you so much for the great service, I will be back.

Excellent customer service. Owner and young lady that we spoke to on the phone and when we brought our Yukon in was very friendly. They were welcoming to our grandkids being in the waiting area with us. Did a great job with aligning our front end. We got in and out with no appointment. We will back with other vehicles in our household. Definitely recommend! Thanks to all of you Alignment King!!

Alignment King is truly the king of alignment here in town. Josh the owner is amazing, cool, and very professional. Got turned down by other shops in Tyler(4-5 shops). Josh and Ethan found a way to get my car up and aligned my wheels. They also diagnosed the issue about the excessively loud noise coming from the front end. Ordered parts and the parts came in the next day! The techs who worked on my wheel bearing noise repair are Tim and Wyatt. they r very professional, friendly, and knowlegable about their craft. They took care of my car right away! Now my car is driving straight smooth like butter, and no more excessive noise! Hats off to Alignment King for such an amazing work. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.
